How to Find Instagram, TikTok and YouTube Influencer Emails at Scale

Where creator emails actually live, how extraction works, and how to verify before your campaign sends.

Influencer marketing lives or dies on the contact list. Agencies buy creator databases from Apex Automation Team because building them by hand is painfully slow. This is how the lists are built and what "verified" means for creators.

Where creator emails come from

  • Public bios: many creators write their email directly in the Instagram/TikTok bio or YouTube "About" section.
  • Business contact buttons: Instagram business accounts expose a public "Email" action when the creator enables it.
  • Link-in-bio pages: Linktree, Beacons and personal sites often list a management or booking email.
  • Creator marketplaces: Collabstr, Modash and similar platforms list pricing tiers, niches and contact routes.

Extraction workflow

We start from niche keywords, hashtags and follower ranges, collect profile URLs, then read each profile's public fields: name, handle, follower count, bio, category, external link, and the email where published. Link-in-bio pages are followed one level deep. Everything is rate-limited and cached so the same profile is never fetched twice.

Enrichment fields that matter for outreach

Follower count and engagement indicator, niche tags, country/language, pricing tier (from marketplaces), last-post recency and whether the account is a business profile. These let you segment campaigns instead of blasting one template.

Verification

Every email is checked for syntax, MX records and mailbox existence. Our creator databases currently verify at roughly 92–95% valid; rows are tagged valid/risky so you can decide what to send from which mailbox.

Ready databases vs custom

The US Collabstr, Modash and Influencers Club databases are instant and start from $0.1–$0.5 per lead. For a specific niche (e.g. "UK fitness creators 10k–100k followers") a custom creator scraper from Apex Automation Team is quoted after a free feasibility test.

Respect platform terms, only use published contact details for business enquiries, and honour opt-outs. Ask for a sample of the creator database.

Quick checklist

  • Define niche, follower range, language and country first
  • Prefer creators with a business email or contact button
  • Follow link-in-bio pages one level for management emails
  • Verify every email and keep the valid/risky tag
  • Personalise outreach with niche and recent content
