What is Apex Automation Team?
Apex Automation Team (apexautomationteam.com) is an independent business automation and web data agency founded by Muhammad Osama. We automate complete business processes: client onboarding, portal and dashboard operations, document and OCR pipelines, verification, monitoring and reporting. We also build the data layer behind them, including custom web scrapers, browser automation bots, bulk downloaders, API extraction tools, AI agents and ready-made verified lead databases. Services are delivered to clients worldwide.
Do you automate whole business processes or just single tasks?
Whole processes. A typical engagement replaces an entire process with orchestrated bots and AI agents: intake, the work itself, the checks, the records and the reporting. We leave an approval step wherever a decision is irreversible. Examples from our own sample work include an Enterprise Operations OS for client engagement, reseller portal automation, PDF/OCR document pipelines, automated VIN verification with sheet matching, and a live Google Sheets monitor with leak alerts.
Is Apex Automation Team the same as “Apex Automation” industrial or electrical companies?
No. Apex Automation Team is a web automation and data agency operating only at apexautomationteam.com. It is not affiliated with industrial automation, electrical engineering, warehouse automation or Oracle APEX products that share a similar name.
What services does Apex Automation Team offer?
Two sides. Systems we build: business process automation (workflow orchestration, portal and dashboard operations, document and PDF/OCR pipelines, verification, monitoring, reporting and CRM sync), custom web scraping, browser automation bots, software testing and QA, bulk download tools, API extraction and reverse engineering, custom AI agents, and verified lead databases. Do you test software as well as automate it?
Yes, and there are two ways to take it. Option one is a trained manual testing team that runs cycles on demand: functional, exploratory and regression testing, cross-browser and cross-device checks, checkout and payment flows, accessibility and localisation, each bug reported with steps, video, console detail and severity. Option two is an automated testing system built for you and owned by you, covering the stable flows on every release, wired into your CI and reported into Jira, ClickUp or Slack. Take either one, or both together.
How does the trained manual testing team work?
A small named team is assigned to your product and briefed with a written charter: the journeys in scope, the devices, browsers, countries and accounts to use, and the test data. A cycle runs smoke checks, scripted cases, guided exploratory charters and a regression pass on last cycle’s fixes. A QA lead triages and de-duplicates every report before it reaches you, and critical findings are sent as soon as they are confirmed.
What does the automated testing system cover and who owns it?
The stable, repeatable flows: login, search, cart and checkout, forms, dashboards, API responses and cross-browser rendering. It is written in Playwright, Puppeteer or Cypress, documented and handed over in your repository, so it runs in your CI on every release whether or not we stay involved. Maintenance is optional, not a lock-in.
Which testing devices and browsers do you cover?
We build the matrix from your own analytics rather than a generic list. The top platform versions crossed with the top vendors run on real devices and block a release; a second tier covers the tail, where emulators are fine for layout and logic; a third covers form factors such as a tablet, a foldable and a low-memory phone. Real Safari on a real iPhone is included whenever you have iOS traffic.
How do you rank the bugs you find?
Severity describes impact and runs from critical (core function unusable, data lost or money charged wrongly, no workaround) through major and minor to trivial (cosmetic). Priority describes your schedule and stays your decision, so a typo on the pricing page can be trivial in severity and urgent in priority during launch week. Every report carries steps, a recording, console and network detail, the exact environment and a severity.
How much does a custom scraper cost?
Custom scrapers and automations cost $50 to $2,000+ depending on website complexity (logins, captchas, dynamic scrolling), the number of records and whether it runs once or on a schedule. You always get a fixed quote before work starts.
How much do lead databases cost?
Pre-scraped lead databases start from $0.1 to $0.5+ per lead depending on the source and enrichment level. Sample packs start at 5,000 leads and featured databases carry special discounts.
What is the free feasibility test?
Before you pay anything, our team tests your target website and reports exactly which fields can be extracted or automated, how fast, and at what cost. If a site cannot be automated safely, we tell you up front.
How fast do you reply and deliver?
Quotes are sent as soon as possible. Delivery is not quoted as a fixed number up front: the free feasibility test shows us how the target system actually behaves, and the schedule comes from that. A figure given before anyone has looked at the site is a guess, and guesses are what get missed.
Which websites can you automate?
Almost any website, including JavaScript-heavy, login-protected, infinite-scroll and Cloudflare-protected targets, marketplaces, dashboards, portals and legacy web systems. We also automate desktop and ERP workflows through custom RPA.
What formats do you deliver data in?
Multi-sheet Excel, CSV, JSON, Google Sheets, SQL databases, or direct delivery into your API, CRM, n8n, Zapier or Make workflow.
Do you provide the scraper or just the data?
Either. You can order a one-time dataset, a reusable scraper with documentation, or a hosted scheduled run with maintenance.
Is web scraping legal?
Scraping publicly available data for legitimate business use is legal in most jurisdictions, but rules vary by country, website terms and data type. We only collect publicly accessible information, respect robots and rate limits, avoid personal data where not permitted, and advise you on compliance for your use case. This is not legal advice. Consult a lawyer for your specific situation.
Do you provide people as well as software?
Yes, and it is a significant part of what we do. Alongside the systems we build, we run trained teams: annotation teams that label the data models learn from, virtual assistant and back-office teams that run the daily work for companies in several industries, and Excel and Google Sheets specialists. We supply the people, the supervision and the reporting, so you manage one delivery lead rather than a roster of individuals, and cover for holiday, sickness and turnover is built in rather than improvised.
