"Verified leads" is an overused phrase. This post explains exactly what Apex Automation Team does between a public web page and the Excel file you download, so you know what you are buying.
Step 1 — Source discovery
Each database starts from a defined public source: Amazon and eBay seller storefronts, AliExpress and Alibaba supplier pages, Etsy shops, or creator marketplaces such as Collabstr, Modash and Influencers Club listings. We document the exact pages and fields so every row is traceable.
Step 2 — Extraction
We extract with the least fragile method available — usually the source's own JSON endpoints, otherwise headless browsers with human pacing. Every record is validated against a schema at write time: missing or malformed fields are re-fetched, not silently dropped.
Step 3 — Deduplication and normalisation
The same seller appears under multiple storefronts and marketplaces. We normalise names, URLs, countries and categories and merge duplicates so you never pay twice for one company.
Step 4 — Enrichment
Where a source lists a website or brand, we locate public contact pages and social profiles. Influencer databases carry follower counts, engagement indicators, niches and pricing tiers exactly as published. Seller databases carry ratings, listing counts and direct store links (our Amazon, eBay and AliExpress directories are 100% enriched with store links).
Step 5 — Email verification
Emails are checked for syntax, domain MX records and mailbox existence using SMTP-level verification, then tagged valid, risky or invalid. Our creator databases currently verify at roughly 92–95% valid; we publish the rate per database rather than promising 100%.
Step 6 — Fresh vs historical
Historical packs are instant and cheapest. Fresh packs are re-scraped on order so follower counts, prices and ratings are current. Both are delivered as multi-sheet Excel or CSV, with custom filters (country, category, follower range) on request.
