Video Creative & Marketing Teams

Short form video and paid social creative at production volume, plus the marketing roles around it: AI search and SEO, paid media buying, and email and lifecycle marketing. Hand the work over or place the specialist on your team.

Creative volume is the constraint, not creative talent

The numbers are not subtle Brands that win on paid social are not the ones with better taste. They are the ones shipping several times more creative than their competitors on the same budget, month after month. A single editor and a founder with a phone cannot feed that. A managed team can.

What we run Batch editing of short form video for Reels, TikTok and Shorts, hook and variant testing where one concept becomes a dozen cuts, static and motion ad units built to platform spec, thumbnails, captions and subtitles, podcast and webinar repurposing into clips, and user generated style content produced to a brief.

  • Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, Figma and Canva for the build
  • Descript and Opus Clip for long form repurposing
  • Generated voice, avatar and b-roll where it genuinely helps, and left out where it looks like it
  • Frame.io for review rounds so feedback lands in one place instead of five chat threads
  • Creative analytics read properly, so the next batch is informed by which hooks actually held attention

Motion graphics, long form editing, podcast production and thumbnail design sit inside this team rather than being sold as separate things, because in practice the same people do them.

AI search and SEO

Search did not die, it split Conventional search demand has held steady while a second surface opened up: being cited inside AI assistants. The skills to work that surface barely exist yet, which is precisely why it is worth doing now.

  • Visibility and citation audits inside AI assistants, and share of answer tracking against named competitors
  • Entity and structured data work, schema markup, crawler access and machine readable content
  • Content restructured into the question and comparison shapes that get extracted and quoted
  • Third party citation building, which is the lever that actually moves what models repeat about you
  • The conventional side kept intact: technical audits, site speed, internal linking, information architecture and content operations

Paid media buying

  • Campaign structure and builds across Meta, Google and TikTok
  • Budget and bid management, audience and creative test matrices run as a plan rather than as guesses
  • Pixel, conversions API and server side tracking set up so the numbers mean something
  • Catalogue and feed ads for retail and e-commerce
  • Reporting in GA4 and your attribution tool of choice, with the caveats stated rather than hidden
  • Landing page and offer testing alongside the media, because the ad is rarely the only problem

Paid media and creative are sold together for a reason. A media buyer without creative volume runs out of things to test in a fortnight.

Email, SMS and lifecycle

  • Flow architecture: welcome, browse and cart abandonment, post purchase, winback, replenishment and loyalty
  • Segmentation, list hygiene and suppression discipline
  • Deliverability work, which is the technical and scarce part: authentication records, domain warm up, reputation monitoring and inbox placement recovery
  • Campaign calendars, subject and offer testing, and the reporting that separates opens from revenue
  • Klaviyo, Braze, Customer.io, Iterable, HubSpot, Mailchimp and Brevo, plus SMS platforms where consent and compliance are handled properly

How you take it

Hand over a monthly creative and campaign volume and we deliver it, or place an editor, a media buyer, an SEO specialist or a lifecycle marketer inside your team on your hours and your tools. Either way there is a lead responsible for the output and a trained backup behind every seat.

Two ways to get the volume out

Pick one, or run both The creative and the reporting behind a campaign can be produced by people, pushed through a production pipeline that handles the mechanical part, or both. The idea is always the expensive bit. Everything after it is production.

Creative and marketing people

Editors, designers, media buyers and specialists placed on your hours and your tools, or delivering a monthly volume.

  • Concepts, hooks, scripts and the edit itself
  • Static, motion and user generated style creative for paid social
  • Media buying decisions, testing structure and budget calls
  • Search and answer engine work, landing pages and lifecycle campaigns
  • The judgement about what to make more of and what to kill

A production pipeline

The repeatable production and reporting work built as a system so a person is never doing an export by hand again.

  • Template driven variants and batch rendering from an approved master
  • Captions, subtitles, resizes and safe area versions for every placement
  • Asset naming, tagging, versioning and delivery into your library
  • Scheduled publishing and campaign upload against your naming convention
  • Spend, creative and channel reporting pulled into one view with alerts on movement

Both together

The pipeline produces the variants and the numbers, the people decide the idea, the hook and the buy. That is what makes a real increase in output possible without an increase in the same size team.

  • Creatives spend their time on concepts instead of exports
  • Testing volume goes up because producing a variant stops being a cost
  • The weekly report is already built before the meeting starts

What we do not hand to a machine The concept, the script, the brand voice and the buying decisions stay with people. Automation removes the exports, the resizes and the report building, which is where the hours actually go.

Frequently asked

How much creative can you actually produce?

We scope it as a monthly volume with a defined mix of formats, agree the review process, then run to it. The point of a team rather than one editor is that volume is predictable instead of depending on one person's week.

Do you write the concepts or only edit?

Both are available. Some clients send raw footage and a brief, others want the hooks, the angles and the test plan built as well. Say which you want and we staff accordingly.

Is AI used in the creative?

Where it genuinely helps and where you are comfortable with it, and not where it shows. Voice, avatar and generated b-roll have real uses and obvious failure modes. We will tell you which is which rather than quietly shipping something that looks synthetic.

What exactly is AI search optimisation?

Work aimed at being visible and cited inside AI assistants rather than only ranking in a results page. In practice that means structured data and entity work, machine readable content, restructuring pages into the shapes that get extracted, and building the third party citations that models repeat. It sits alongside conventional SEO, it does not replace it.

Can we take just a media buyer without the creative?

Yes, though we will be honest that a media buyer with no creative supply runs out of tests quickly. If you already have creative volume from elsewhere that is fine.

Can creative production be automated?

The production can, the creative cannot. Variant builds, batch renders, captions, resizes, asset naming and campaign reporting are mechanical and belong in a pipeline. The concept, the hook, the script, the brand voice and the buying decisions stay with people. That split is what lets output go up without the team going up with it.
