Expert Teams For Any Task
Whatever the skill, we supply the person or the team and keep managing them. Annotation, virtual assistants, spreadsheets, GoHighLevel, web, mobile, games, data, design, QA, research and anything else you need staffed.
We are an agency providing work to hundreds of experts in any field
Apex Automation Team runs as an agency not as one contractor Hundreds of specialists sit behind the name across annotation, back-office support, spreadsheets, GoHighLevel, web, mobile, games, data engineering, design, testing and research. Keeping them in work is our job. Yours is to say what you need done.
Tell us the skill and we produce the person
Hiring is the slowest part of most projects The work is clear, the budget exists, and the thing standing in the way is that you cannot find one reliable person. You post the role, you sift applications, you interview, you onboard, and if it does not work you start again. Apex Automation Team exists to remove that loop. We keep teams across a wide set of disciplines and we hire into the gaps, so instead of running a search you describe the requirement and we bring you somebody already tested against work like yours.
Two ways to use us
Delivered Hand the whole job over. We scope it, staff it, run it and deliver it, and you deal with one point of contact rather than a team.
Placed Keep the work under your own management. We place the specialist or the team with you, working your hours, your tools and your priorities, while we stay responsible for their output, their quality and their cover when they are away.
Disciplines we staff today

- Virtual assistants and back-office teams for construction, security, health, property, peptide, e-commerce, logistics, insurance, legal and finance
- Data entry, document processing, CRM administration and admin support
- Excel and Google Sheets specialists, including Power Query, DAX, macros and Apps Script
- GoHighLevel builders and automation specialists

- Mobile and desktop application developers
- Game developers, technical artists, 3D and 2D artists, animators and sound designers
- Database and data engineers, including scraping, pipelines and migrations
- Automation engineers for workflow, browser and API automation
- Software testers, both manual and automation
- Designers for interface, brand and production artwork
- Researchers across market, competitor, scientific and prospect research
- Customer support and sales support staff
If the skill is not on that list
Ask us anyway The list above is what we run today, not a boundary. If you need a skill we have not named, we go and find it, test the candidate against a piece of your real work rather than a written claim, and place them under the same supervision as everybody else. You still deal with one point of contact and you still get cover when they are away.
What you get either way
- People tested on real work before they reach you, not selected from a document
- A lead who supervises output, so quality is somebody else's job to chase
- Your processes written down as documentation you own, whether or not we continue
- A second trained person behind the first, so holiday, illness and turnover are covered
- Reporting on volume and quality that you can check rather than take on trust
- One replacement conversation instead of a hiring round if the fit is wrong
- Cover across United States, United Kingdom, European, Middle Eastern, Australian and Asian hours
- Signed confidentiality at company and individual level, and access you control
Scale it up or down
Nothing here is locked in Start with one person for a few hours a week, grow into a team, shrink again when a project ends. Requirements change, and the arrangement is supposed to change with them rather than trap you.
Frequently asked
What kinds of people can you actually supply?
Annotation teams, virtual assistants and back-office staff, data entry and CRM administrators, Excel and Google Sheets specialists, GoHighLevel builders, web developers, mobile and desktop app developers, game developers and artists, database and data engineers, automation engineers, software testers, designers, researchers and support staff. If the skill is not on that list we source it.
How is this different from hiring a freelancer?
You are getting a supervised person rather than an individual contract. There is a lead responsible for the output, documentation of your process that you own, reporting you can check, a trained backup behind the person, and one replacement conversation instead of a hiring round if the fit is wrong.
Can we direct the work ourselves?
Yes. That is the placed arrangement: the specialist works your hours, in your tools, to your priorities and your standup, while we stay responsible for quality and cover. If you would rather hand the whole job over instead, we will scope, staff and deliver it.
What if we only need a few hours a week?
That is fine. Engagements start small and change as the work changes. You can begin with part-time hours on one person, grow into a team, and scale back when a project finishes.
How do you check somebody before they reach us?
They are tested on a piece of work that resembles yours rather than assessed from a document. For specialised or regulated areas the reviewer is someone qualified in that field, so the assessment means something.
How is confidentiality handled?
Signed agreements at company and individual level, least privilege access using accounts you create and control, named people on your work rather than an anonymous pool, and restricted working environments where the data calls for it.
