Our developer disappeared halfway through. Can you take it over?
Yes. We start with an audit of the code, the hosting and the access, tell you what is salvageable and what is not, and give you a plan rather than a vague promise. Takeover work is a normal part of what we do, not an exception.
Which platform should we use?
It depends on who edits the site, what it has to do and where you expect to be in two years. We will tell you when WordPress is right, when a hosted builder is enough, when Shopify is the correct answer for commerce and when the job genuinely needs custom code. Moving later is the expensive part, so this conversation happens before anything is built.
Our site is slow and fails its page speed scores. Can that be fixed?
Usually. Slow sites are normally oversized images, render blocking assets, plugin sprawl, an unindexed database and hosting that was chosen on price. Those are all fixable, and we measure before and after rather than asserting an improvement.
Do you do ongoing maintenance?
Yes. Uptime and backup monitoring, security patching, plugin and core updates tested on staging first, content updates, performance checks and reporting. The point of a retainer is that problems are found before your customers find them.
Can you provide a developer who works with our team?
Yes. A developer can be placed on your team, working your hours and your backlog, while we handle supervision, quality and cover. If you would rather hand over the whole project instead, that option stays open.
